Step 1: Create an Account
Click on Create an Account to get started. You’ll be asked to set up a username and password and verify your email address via a confirmation link.
Step 2: Start Your Application
Once your account is created, you can begin filling out the application form by Clicking Here. Your progress will automatically save, and you can log in and out at any time. Completed sections will be marked with a ✅ green checkmark.
Step 3: Review, Submit & Pay
When all required sections are complete, select “Review & Submit.” You will then be prompted to pay the $100 application fee.
